This page describes how information is handled on the Bideey marketing website and during the private beta programme. It does not yet describe a finished, audited privacy programme — Bideey is pre-launch, and this notice will be updated as the product and its data practices mature.
When you submit the beta-access form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, firm name, country, role, team size, current BD tracking method, stated challenge, and any optional message. We use this solely to evaluate and respond to beta requests and to communicate with you about the private beta.
The Bideey application itself is separate from this website. Participating firms access their workspace through the live Bideey app at app.bideey.com. Access is invite-based, and firm workspace data is scoped to the firm account configured for each user.
